One of our main objectives is to ensure that our customers are looked after in the event of a claim. Not only do we work closely on the production so of policies, we also work hand in hand with our dedicated claims handling and medical assistance service providers.
Our Promise of Service
We have already produced our retail travel policy in a "plain English" style which has proved to be very user friendly. This is an initial step toward our stated aim of simplifying the travel insurance document, which will be an ongoing process. Our aim is to have a policy with a minimum number of words thus avoiding misunderstandings.
